Born July 4^th 1960 in Spruce Pine, N.C. Randy been fly fishing for 12 years and guiding for Tarheel Angler for 6 years. He enjoys helping people learn valuable nymph fishing techniques and then showing them how to perfect these techniques. Randy enjoys taking Tarheel Angler clients to small streams in the North Carolina High country. Randy is able to instruct the novice as well as the seasoned fly fisherman in techniques that improve the quality of their fishing experience. Randy is light hearted, humorous and takes his fishing very serious. You’re sure to have a great day of fishing with memories of a lifetime.
